Padmond Jung – Founder of JAO Farms and Ranch
Padmond Jung is a passionate farmer and agripreneur based in Begoro, Ghana, with over 14 years of experience in logistics, which has honed his skills in operations, supply chain management, and business development. His deep-rooted connection to farming stems from his family heritage—his late grandmother and great-grandfathers were dedicated farmers, and as a child, his grandmother often took him to the farm, instilling in him a lifelong love for agriculture.
Driven by this legacy, Padmond founded JAO Farms and Ranch, a thriving agribusiness that combines modern farming techniques with sustainable practices. The farm specializes in crop production, livestock rearing, and agritourism, offering immersive farming tours that educate visitors on Ghana’s rich agricultural traditions.
With a strong logistical background and a heart for farming, Padmond is committed to transforming Jao Farms into a model of innovation, sustainability, and community impact—bridging the gap between traditional farming and modern agribusiness.
